We are pleased to announce participants will be able to participate remotely using Zoom during the AFRINIC Annual General Meeting to be held on 10 May 2018 as from 14h00 UTC. Here are the instructions to follow using this facility:

1. Join the Zoom session using URL: https://zoom.us/j/164369342
2. Input your name for the moderator to identify you
3. You will be automatically muted
4. Notify the moderator via chat (to everyone), then raise your hand (Raise hand button), the in-room moderator will unmute you when allow to speak and mute you when done.
5. As for the floor, you will be able to speak in either English or French
