We have the pleasure to announce that the Prime Minister of Senegal, His Excellency Mr. Mohammad Dionne, will be officiating the Opening ceremony together with the Mr Abdoulaye Bibi Baldé Minister of Communication, Telecommunications, Posts and the Digital Ecosystem, and each representative of the Af* organisation.
